At FRANCIA RAPHAELA, we are pleased to offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders.

Delivery Time

Orders are made-to-order. Please allow up to 2 weeks (14 days) from the date of purchase for your order to arrive.

While we aim to meet this timeframe, delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control (such as postal or courier delays, customs processing, or high seasonal demand).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

Risk of Loss

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item has been delivered to your nominated address. However, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply if your order arrives damaged or faulty.
