Refunds & Returns Policy
At FRANCIA RAPHAELA, all of our products are made-to-order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, order the wrong size, or no longer want the product.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if your item:

is faulty or defective,

is damaged during delivery,

is substantially different to what was described or shown, or
-
is otherwise not fit for purpose.
If your item falls into one of the above categories, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at franciaraphaelaphotography@gmail.com with your order details and a description (and photos, if possible) of the issue.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

change of mind,

incorrect sizing chosen,

sale items,
-
gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if required), we will notify you of the outcome. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
