Delivery Timeframes
All products are made to order. Production and delivery times vary depending on the type of product purchased:
Print + Frame Orders
Estimated delivery time: 4-5 weeks
This includes printing, framing, quality checks, and delivery to your address.
Print-Only Orders
Estimated delivery time: 2-3 weeks
Prints are produced to order and shipped directly after printing.
Delivery timeframes may vary slightly due to courier delays, seasonal demand, or production factors. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage to the product and packaging
Once received, we will organise a replacement or reprint at no additional cost to you.
Change of Mind
Because all products are custom made, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please double-check your chosen size, frame colour, and any customisations before placing an order.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us and we will correct the issue promptly.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier. Replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
