Welcome to Francia Raphaela Photography. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Francia Raphaela Photography. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Products and Fulfilment

We specialise in custom prints and framing. All products are made to order. Fulfilment and delivery are handled by trusted partners on our behalf.

Please note that colours and product appearance may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to display differences.

Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. Please check your order carefully before submitting, as cancellations may not be possible after confirmation.

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal or courier delays. Risk of loss passes to you once the products are delivered to the address provided.

If your order is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns and Refunds

Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Refunds or replacements are available only if products are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, and trademarks on this website are owned by Francia Raphaela Photography or its partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

All photographs sold belong to Francia Raphaela Photography. A select number of videos used in our promotional material may not be owned by us and have been utilised simply for promotional purposes.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to remedies if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or doesn’t match its description.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our liability for defective products is limited to replacement, repair, or refund.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes must be resolved under these laws.
